Bacteria

• Broad Spectrum & Hospital-Grade: Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, and Listeria monocytogenes.

• Antibiotic-Resistant Strains: Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vancomycin-Resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VRE), and Carbapenem-Resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRE/KPC/NDM-1).

• Additional Pathogens: Escherichia coli (E. coli), Enterobacter aerogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Salmonella typhi, Bordetella bronchiseptica (Kennel Cough), and Mycobacterium bovis (Tuberculosis).

Viruses

• Coronaviruses: SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19), Human Coronavirus (Strain 229E), and SARS-Related Coronavirus 2.

• Respiratory & Flu Viruses: Influenza A (H1N1), Swine Flu Virus (H1N1), Rhinovirus Type 37, Rhinovirus 16 (Common Cold), and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).

Fungi, Yeast, and Spores

• Fungi: Trichophyton interdigitale and Trichophyton mentagrophytes (Athlete’s Foot Fungus), and general mold and mildew.

• Yeast: Candida albicans and Candida auris.

• Endospores: Clostridium difficile (C. diff) spores.

Footnote Qualifiers

• Kill/Rate Claims: Kill rates ranging from 99.9% to 99.999% depending on the specific organism and application method.

• Contact Time: Effectiveness is contingent upon surfaces remaining visibly wet for required dwell times, which include 1 minute for food-contact sanitization, 2 minutes for SARS-CoV-2, and 10 minutes for broad-spectrum hospital disinfection.

• Organic Load: Effectiveness in the presence of a 5% organic soil load (blood serum)

This treatment is authorized to denature, break down, and remove non-living allergens—including dust mite matter, cockroach debris, pet dander, and pollen particles—and to molecularly eliminate stubborn odors at their source, such as smoke, urine, feces, and food odors. Efficacy against organic soils and odor-causing compounds is contingent upon preliminary cleaning; all visibly soiled surfaces must be pre-cleaned with a detergent or appropriate cleaner prior to the application of the solution.

While the solution is proven to eliminate 99.9% to 99.99% of a broad spectrum of viruses, fungi/yeast, and bacteria—including antibiotic-resistant strains such as Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vancomycin-Resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VRE), and Carbapenem-Resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRE)—these results are strictly limited to applications on hard, non-porous surfaces. To achieve specified kill rates in a single service, treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for the full required contact time (dwell time), which ranges from 1 to 10 minutes depending on the targeted pathogen and specific product labeling.

Clients are instructed to strictly avoid using cleaning solutions immediately prior to technician arrivals—specifically ammonia, acids, or strong bases—as this may neutralize efficacy. Furthermore, a preliminary spot test should be performed on all suspect unknown metal, silver, or unsealed stone surfaces prior to use, as prolonged contact with HOCl may cause pitting, discoloration, or accidental washout. For the treatment of water-sensitive electronic equipment, devices must be completely powered off prior to application.
